2. Job Description & Responsibilities

• Customer Service Officer (CSO):
This is a branch banking role. You will handle cash transactions, solve customer queries (KYC update, Passbook printing), and cross-sell bank products like Fixed Deposits or Insurance. Good communication skill is mandatory. -
• Back Office / Data Entry Executive:
This is a non-customer-facing role. Responsibilities include updating customer data in the system, filing documents, and maintaining Excel sheets. Basic computer knowledge is required. -
• Sales Officer (Field Work):
You will be responsible for acquiring new customers for the bank (opening Savings/Current Accounts) and selling loans. This role involves field visits and offers high incentives.
